Pamela Malcolm

Principal

Pamela has 25 years of professional experience in the provision of legal advice, litigation and dispute resolution. She is skilled in medical and hospital negligence, professional indemnity, administrative law, health profession regulation, general dispute resolution and in the assessment and management of institutional child sexual abuse claims. She is also a trained mediator.

Pamela has worked within large, national and state based law firms in litigation and dispute resolution and has also worked as inhouse counsel as a defence lawyer and in a prosecutorial role through her appointment to statutory authorities, in Western Australia and nationally.

Her executive and legal oversight of health practitioner boards and her project legal team management experience is extensive and includes advising clients at the highest level. She advises on corporate governance and risk management.

Pamela has acted for patients, health practitioners, insurance and re-insurance entities, health practitioner boards and private hospitals across Australia prior to commencing Malcolm Legal in 2021. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
